The world of work has changed considerably in the past few decades. Certainly, a lot since my first job when I left school in the late 1980s.
We are now in a period regarded as the Fourth Industrial revolution with the rise of all things digital.
Working in HR, I find this fascinating and relish the opportunity to be part of a profession that can make an impact and ensure that work does create meaning and purpose for people as Stephen Hawking alluded to.
What are the jobs of the future? My other passion is Education. What does the future of work look like for our young people? I would like to see the Education system working very closely with employers to prepare our young people for the world of work.
Thank you for stopping by and hope you will be part of the conversation.
All the best!
